Markers – 8-pack, washable

4.5” blunt-tipped, children’s school scissors

2 oz. bottles washable school glue

9” x 11” construction paper – variety of colors

Sheets of newsprint: 9” x 11” and 18” x 24”

Watercolor paints – 8-color container

Modeling Clay: 1/2 lb. or 1 lb. package, four colors

Play-Doh / Fun-Doh: packages of six 1 oz. containers

6” plastic rulers – clear, colored plastic

Finger Paints – 4 packs of individual 4 oz. containers

Where specific sizes or quantities are listed, those are the specific sizes and quantities needed. Larger quantities make packing, distribution, and classroom storage difficult.

Adult Program

Copy paper: white, multi-purpose – for small group lesson hand-outs

Bond paper with a watermark – to create training certificates

Post-it notes: any size and color

Flip chart pads: with Post-It feature for classes and tutor training

File folders – manila, yellow, blue, red, & green

Staplers

Ink pens and Sharpie pens

First aid kit – for large office / 50 people

Color printer – new or nearly new

Computers: high memory for the student learning lab - new or nearly new

Rosetta Stone "Learn English" software – any and all levels

Office Depot / Walmart / Target / Publix gift cards

Over 100 learners and volunteers use our center each week, so we need:

- Toilet paper

- Paper towels

- Coffee, creamer in packets, & sweeteners in packets

- 8 oz. styrofoam cups & 8 oz. paper/plastic cups

- Napkins

- Small paper plates (dessert size)

- Non-perishable snacks for meetings & trainings (e.g., nuts, snack mix, crackers, chips, cookies)
