Astrid C. Washington is a seasoned customer experience and operations leader with over 27 years of service at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), where she currently serves as Director of Customer Service. Throughout her career, she has led transformational initiatives focused on process improvement, workforce strategy, and customer satisfaction, helping position OUC as a trusted partner to the communities it serves.

Astrid is deeply committed to community engagement and servant leadership. She represents OUC as a Board Member for the Adult Literacy League, supporting efforts to improve literacy and educational access for adults across Central Florida. She also serves as President of the Nu Iota Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, where she leads impactful service initiatives focused on education, economic empowerment, and community wellness.
