Francheska Armijos is a Business Operations professional who’s passionate about being involved in her community. Francheska attended Stetson University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and then her Master’s degree at the University of Central Florida in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Business and Psychology. Francheska went on to strengthen her knowledge in HR by earning her SHRM-CP certificate. She has used her education to strengthen her capacity as a leader within the Operations space at Paylocity.

Throughout her career, Francheska has always enjoyed volunteering with non-profit organizations and is excited to provide her expertise to the Adult Literacy League.
