JEREMY WALLER

BOARD MEMBER

Jeremy is the Business Development Manager for Simplicity Solutions Group and is also an Orlando Leaders Fellow for The James Madison Institute.

Previously Jeremy led the fund development department at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida where he managed its $1M marketing budget, fundraising programs, its volunteer program, community relations efforts, and BookWorks program. Jeremy and his team led company-wide initiatives responsible for raising over $800,000 for the organization.

Jeremy loves ALL and has been on the board for 3 years. He believes literacy is a key to unlocking vocational, civic, educational, and economic opportunities and he will always be an advocate for its power.  He wants students young and old to know they are not alone and to never fear learning how to read or write.

He is a former Fellow for UCF’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Management, and former Co-Chair of the Young Executives Committee at Lighthouse Central Florida. Jeremy is a member of AFP Central Florida, and board member/treasurer for the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida.

He received his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where he was an Aspiring Nonprofit Leader Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida and a Certificate in Proposal Writing from the Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College.
