Kylie Riordan

Kylie Riordan is an Associate Attorney at Burr & Forman LLP’s Orlando office. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Kylie graduated from Hagerty High School before earning her B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She then earned her J.D. at Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During her time at Stetson, Kylie served as a Notes & Comments Editor on Stetson Law Review where she provided guidance and feedback to fellow law review students throughout their writing processes, among other responsibilities. Kylie’s article, Properly Securing Digital Legacies: A Proposal to Amend the Florida Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act to Enhance Fiduciary Access and Adhere to Traditional Principles of the Florida Probate Code, is published in Stetson Law Review, 53 Stetson L. Rev. 741 (2024).
Kylie is a passionate advocate for literacy and education, with a deep love for both reading and writing. She is dedicated to furthering the Adult Literacy League’s mission of empowering Central Floridians to be thriving members of our community through literacy and education.
