Alice Burgos

Board Member, Burgos Law

Attorney Alice Burgos is dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and corporations as they navigate the complex immigration process. As the managing attorney at Burgos Law, she provides guidance and strategic solutions for clients that seek immigration status in the United States. Her passion for immigration law has made her a strong advocate for immigrants throughout Florida and the United States. She represents clients for investor visas, employment based visas, family visas, and citizenship. She also frequently sues immigration in Federal Court for erroneous decisions and unreasonable delays in processing cases.

Attorney Alice Burgos is Puerto Rican. She was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. She graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. She found her passion for immigration during law school where she studied immigration and asylum law and was able to volunteer at local naturalization clinics and shadow an attorney on asylum cases. She is a member of the American Immigration Law Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, and the Pride Chamber. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a Bankruptcy paralegal for more than eight years.
